After graduating from Saint Michael’s College in 1994, Chris Fleming, began investing in real estate and spent the next 10 years in senior management positions within the furnished apartment industry in Metro New York before starting Compass Furnished Apartments in 2006 and BroadPoint Realty.

Originally from Quincy MA, Chris now lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and 3 children. He is an avid mountain biker, snowboarder, and outdoorsman.

Julie Jessop

​Julie Jessop (JJ) is a New England native that has spent the majority of her life on the South Shore of Massachusetts. JJ is an expert in relocation services with a keen ability to understand the needs of her clients whether they are looking for a place for now, or a forever home. JJ is a University of Massachusetts Amherst alum with a background both in design and communications. A proven relationship builder and excellent communicator , she is dedicated to making sure her clients make the right decision for them in every situation. In her down time Julie enjoys walking her 2 dogs on the beach by her Weymouth home, spending time laughing with loved ones, eating out, and traveling to tropical destinations.
